Kristin is a fifth year teacher English/language arts, having two years of experience in 4th grade and is in her third year teaching in middle school. She has taught in Title I as well as economically affluent schools and appreciates the lessons and experiences that have come with each. With a deep passion for providing her students authentic reading and writing experiences, she is committed to staying current with educational research and best practices. As a fifth year teacher, she admits she is nowhere close to having it all together, but she is committed to self-improvement and life-long learning in order to provide the best she can for her students.
